DEFINITIONS

Capitalized terms and expressions used in this document have the meanings set forth below, whether used in the singular or in the plural:

SECLAB FR: SECLAB FR, the company that publishes the Website.

Website: the website accessible at https://www.seclab-security.com, in each of its language versions, together with all of its pages, the Partner Portal, and the Content accessible thereon.

User: any person who accesses the Website or uses all or part of its functionalities.

Content: all items accessible on the Website, including text, images, photographs, logos, and videos.

Services: the functionalities and services offered to Users through the Website.

Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, within the meaning of Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Cookies and Trackers: any file, identifier, or information placed, stored, or read on the User’s terminal equipment when the User visits the Website, regardless of the technology employed (cookie, local or session storage, measurement pixel, or reading of browser characteristics).

Partner Portal: the area of the Website reserved for authorized partners and accessible upon identification.

SECLAB Group: SECLAB FR and its affiliated companies, including SECLAB CAPITAL and SECLAB AI.

TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

The purpose of the Website is to provide Users with information concerning all of the activities, products, and Services offered by SECLAB FR.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

Use of the Website is subject to these terms of use.

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and with these terms of use.

In particular, the User undertakes not to use the Website in any manner likely to impair its operation or security, or to infringe the rights of SECLAB FR or of any third party.

These terms of use and the legal notice may be amended or supplemented by SECLAB FR at any time. Users are invited to consult them regularly in order to review the version then in force.

The Website is updated regularly by SECLAB FR.

ACCESS TO THE PARTNER PORTAL

Access to the Partner Portal is reserved for authorized partners of SECLAB FR and is obtained by means of login credentials provided by SECLAB FR.

The Partner Portal enables authorized Users, among other things, to access a deal registration form, to consult exclusive documentation, and to download marketing materials.

The User undertakes to access the Partner Portal only if authorized to do so and not to disclose the login credentials to unauthorized persons. When using the forms made available, the User undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information and to be authorized to transmit the information concerning its company.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website constitutes a work of authorship protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and by applicable international regulations.

SECLAB FR owns the intellectual property rights in, or holds the rights of use over, the items accessible on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the items on the Website, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of SECLAB FR or of the relevant rights holder.

Any unauthorized exploitation of the Website or of any of the items it contains may constitute infringement and may be prosecuted in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Access to the Website confers upon the User no intellectual property right in the Website or in the items of which it is composed.

AVAILABILITY AND OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE

The User undertakes to access the Website using suitable, virus-free equipment and a recent, up-to-date browser.

The Website is ordinarily accessible to Users at all times. Interruptions may nevertheless occur, in particular for technical maintenance or update purposes. SECLAB FR will endeavor, insofar as possible, to inform Users in advance.

SECLAB FR endeavors to ensure the accessibility and proper operation of the Website, without however guaranteeing continuous or uninterrupted availability.

Neither SECLAB FR nor the hosting provider may be held liable for malfunctions attributable to the Internet network, to telecommunications networks, or to the User’s computer equipment that prevent or impair access to the Website.

HYPERLINKS

The Website may contain hyperlinks giving access to websites published by third parties.

SECLAB FR has no means of verifying the Content of the websites thus visited and accordingly assumes no liability in this respect.

LIABILITY

SECLAB FR acts as publisher of the Website and is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the Content it publishes.

SECLAB FR endeavors to provide information on the Website that is as accurate as possible. It may not, however, be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies, or failures to update, whether attributable to SECLAB FR or to the third-party partners that supply such information to it.

All information appearing on the Website is provided for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information appearing on the Website is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to any changes made since it was posted online.

SECLAB FR may not be held liable for damage caused to the User’s equipment when accessing the Website and resulting either from the use of equipment or of a browser that does not meet the conditions set forth in the subsection titled “Availability and Operation of the Website”, or from the occurrence of a bug or an incompatibility.

Subject to applicable legal provisions, SECLAB FR may likewise not be held liable for indirect damage, including in particular loss of business or loss of opportunity, arising out of the use of the Website.

 

PRIVACY POLICY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

SECLAB FR undertakes to comply with the regulations applicable to the protection of Personal Data, in particular French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing operations carried out by SECLAB FR in its capacity as data controller in connection with the Website and the Partner Portal. Processing operations carried out by SECLAB FR on behalf of its customers in connection with the supply of its products and services are governed by the applicable contractual provisions, under which SECLAB FR may act as a processor.

For information purposes, SECLAB FR does not track the opening of its emails and does not use tracking pixels in its emails for that purpose.

DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The controller of the Personal Data collected in connection with browsing the Website, with the use of its functionalities, including its input forms, and with the Partner Portal is:

As the controller of the Personal Data it collects, SECLAB FR undertakes to comply with applicable laws and regulations. It is responsible, in particular, for determining the purposes of its processing operations, for providing data subjects with complete information regarding the processing of their Personal Data, and, where required, for obtaining their consent.

SECLAB FR also maintains a record of processing activities that reflects actual practice and takes all reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Data are accurate and relevant in light of the purposes for which they are processed.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

In connection with the use of the Website and of the Partner Portal, SECLAB FR may collect and process, among others, the following categories of Personal Data:

• salutation;
• last name and first name;
• postal address;
• city and country;
• telephone number;
• email address;
• company name;
• job function or title;
• industry sector;
• connection data and data relating to use of the Website;
• history of interactions with SECLAB FR teams;
• information relating to a commercial project, including its description;
• the content of messages, questions, and requests addressed to SECLAB FR;
• the source from which the data were collected;
• IP address;
• data relating to the computer equipment used for browsing;
• information contained in résumés, cover letters, and other documents submitted in connection with a job application.

Furthermore, SECLAB FR does not ask Users to provide sensitive data by means of the Website or of the Partner Portal.

Certain of these Personal Data are transmitted by the User by means of the forms available on the Website and on the Partner Portal. They are recorded and managed in the “HubSpot” customer relationship management software.

Subject to the User’s consent where such consent is required, HubSpot is also used to collect information relating to browsing on the Website, including the pages viewed, and the interactions with SECLAB FR teams. The Matomo software is also used to collect and analyze browsing data.

SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA

The Personal Data processed by SECLAB FR originate from: the information that the User provides directly, in particular by means of the forms on the Website and on the Partner Portal; exchanges held at trade shows and events in which SECLAB FR participates; professional databases and data enrichment services, including information relating to organizations supplied by the provider of the HubSpot customer relationship management tool; professional platforms and content distribution platforms acting on their own behalf, such as LinkedIn and Webikeo; and publicly accessible professional sources. Where the Personal Data have not been collected from the data subject, the User is informed thereof no later than at the time of the first communication addressed to the User and may obtain the source of the User’s Data by writing to the Data Protection Officer.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING

SECLAB FR may process all or part of the Personal Data collected for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

• to enable browsing on the Website and on the Partner Portal and to ensure their proper operation, on the basis of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR;
• to prevent and combat computer fraud, unauthorized access, and breaches of the security of the Website and of the Partner Portal, on the basis of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR;
• to improve browsing on the Website and the User experience, on the basis of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR;
• to respond to requests for contact, information, or documentation, on the basis of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR or, where the request is made with a view to entering into a contract, on the basis of the performance of pre-contractual measures;
• to handle support requests, on the basis of the performance of the contract where such requests relate to an existing contractual relationship or, failing that, on the basis of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR;
• to conduct optional satisfaction surveys, on the basis of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR;
• to conduct communication or commercial prospecting campaigns by email, SMS, LinkedIn, or telephone, on the basis of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR where the prospecting is addressed to professionals and relates to their professional activity, or on the basis of consent where consent is required;
• to assign each contact a qualification score, calculated from the information the contact has provided and from the contact’s activity on the Website or on partner websites such as LinkedIn or Webikeo, in order to guide the commercial actions of SECLAB FR, on the basis of its legitimate interests. This score forms the basis of no automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR: no decision producing legal effects concerning the User or similarly significantly affecting the User is taken on the sole basis of that score, and every commercial action remains decided by a person;
• to carry out internal statistical analyses covering all of its contacts, in particular by industry sector, by size of organization, by job function, and by source of the request, in order to better understand its counterparts and to guide its offering, its content, and its communication activities. These analyses are carried out for statistical purposes within the meaning of Article 89(1) of the GDPR: their results are aggregated and are not used to take any measure with respect to a specific individual. They are based on the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR. The aggregated results, which do not permit the re-identification of any individual, may be retained beyond the retention periods set forth in this Policy;
• to measure traffic on the Website and to produce aggregated statistical analyses in order to improve its content and operation, on the basis of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR, such measurement being configured so as to place no Cookie and not to query the characteristics of the User’s browser;
• to analyze Users’ browsing and to measure the performance of content or of marketing channels by means of the HubSpot customer relationship management tool, in order to relate their requests to their activity on the Website, on the basis of the User’s consent to the placing and reading of the corresponding trackers;
• to identify the organizations that visit the Website and to assess their interest in the products and services of SECLAB FR, by means of the intent detection features of the HubSpot customer relationship management tool. These features rely on browsing data collected by HubSpot trackers: they therefore only apply to Users who have consented to these trackers, and no browsing data is sent to HubSpot for this purpose without consent. The placing and reading of trackers are based on the User’s consent; SECLAB FR’s use of the resulting information about organisations is based on its legitimate interest in focusing its sales efforts on organisations likely to be interested in its products;
• to receive and process job applications addressed to SECLAB FR, on the basis of the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the applicant’s request or of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR in managing its recruitment.

Where processing is based on consent, the User may withdraw that consent at any time. Where processing is based on the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR, the User may object to it under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations.

The processing of Personal Data carried out by SECLAB FR is based, depending on its purpose, on one of the legal bases provided for in Article 6 of the GDPR: the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures, compliance with a legal obligation, or the pursuit of the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes described above, the User’s Personal Data may be accessible to the authorized departments of SECLAB FR, in particular the marketing and sales departments and, where applicable, the customer service department.

Personal Data may also be processed by the companies of the SECLAB Group of which SECLAB FR forms part, in particular SECLAB CAPITAL and SECLAB AI, as well as by its processors and service providers, solely in order to carry out the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Those service providers include, in particular, HubSpot, Matomo, Axeptio, and OVH, as well as, in connection with certain functionalities of the Website, Google and YouTube. The role of each of these tools is set forth in the section titled “Cookies and Other Trackers”. To provide their services, Axeptio and Matomo rely on their own hosting and content delivery providers (content delivery networks, load balancers), which act as sub-processors. These providers may technically receive the User’s IP address when the corresponding scripts are loaded.

SECLAB FR ensures that its processors and service providers offer sufficient guarantees in light of the applicable requirements relating to the protection of Personal Data.

In the event of an acquisition of SECLAB FR and of its rights, the Personal Data concerned may be transferred to the prospective acquirer, which will in turn be bound to comply with the applicable obligations relating to the protection of Personal Data.

SECLAB FR does not sell Users’ Personal Data.

HubSpot acts as a processor for SECLAB FR for customer relationship management and for the hosting of the corresponding data, within the European Union. For the intent detection features alone, that provider additionally processes certain browsing data on its own behalf, in order to feed and improve those features; in that respect it acts as a separate data controller, under the conditions set forth in its own privacy policy, to which the User is invited to refer.

HOSTING AND TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

As indicated in the Legal Notice, the Website is hosted by a provider located within the territory of the European Union.

The data collected by means of the forms are hosted by HubSpot in a data center located within the European Union. Access to those data from the United States by HubSpot, Inc. may nevertheless occur. Such access is governed by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, and, where applicable, by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

The use of services supplied by Google and YouTube may likewise result in a transfer of Personal Data to the United States. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the GDPR and are based, as the case may be, on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards.

SECLAB FR ensures that any transfer of Personal Data to a country located outside the European Economic Area is carried out in compliance with the applicable provisions of the GDPR.

Where the recipient country does not benefit from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, SECLAB FR ensures that the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards provided for by applicable regulations.

RETENTION PERIODS

Personal Data are retained for a period not exceeding that which is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

With respect to Users of the Website, the following data are retained for a maximum period of three years following the last contact: name, company, industry sector, title, telephone number, email address, country, source of collection, history of interactions with our teams, and connection and browsing data collected with the User’s consent.

Data processed in order to respond to a request for contact, information, documentation, or support are retained for the period necessary to handle the request and, where they relate to a contractual relationship, for the duration of that relationship. They may thereafter be archived for the period necessary for SECLAB FR to comply with its legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Data relating to unsuccessful applicants may be retained for a maximum period of two years from the last contact with the applicant, in order to enable SECLAB FR to contact the applicant again regarding future career opportunities. The applicant may object to such retention.

Website audience measurement data collected by means of Matomo are retained for a maximum period of twenty-five months, in accordance with the recommendation of the French Data Protection Authority (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, the “CNIL”). The aggregated statistics derived therefrom, which do not permit the re-identification of the User, may be retained beyond that period.

The same applies to the aggregated results of the internal statistical analyses referred to above, which do not permit the re-identification of any individual.

Upon expiry of these periods, Personal Data are deleted or, where their retention remains necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, retained for the period applicable to that purpose.

USERS’ RIGHTS

In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of Personal Data, Users have the following rights, under the conditions provided for by those regulations:

• the right of access to their Personal Data (Article 15 of the GDPR);
• the right to rectification, updating, and completion of their Personal Data (Article 16 of the GDPR);
• the right to erasure of their Personal Data (Article 17 of the GDPR);
• the right to withdraw their consent at any time where processing is based on consent (Article 7 of the GDPR);
• the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);
• the right to object to the processing of their Personal Data (Article 21 of the GDPR);
• the right to portability of the Personal Data they have provided, where the conditions laid down by the GDPR are met (Article 20 of the GDPR);
• the right to issue instructions concerning the retention, erasure, and communication of their Personal Data after their death, in accordance with Article 85 of French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended.

These rights may be exercised with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of SECLAB FR, whose contact details appear above.

With respect to audience measurement on the Website, the User additionally has a right to object, which the User may exercise directly by means of the mechanism set forth in the subsection titled “Audience Measurement and Right to Object” of this Policy, without having to state any reason.

Where Personal Data are processed for commercial prospecting purposes, the right to object provided for in Article 21(2) of the GDPR may be exercised unconditionally and without the User having to state any reason. SECLAB FR then ceases all processing for that purpose. Every commercial communication sent by electronic means includes a link enabling the recipient to object immediately and free of charge.

Requests for erasure of Personal Data remain subject to any legal or regulatory obligations requiring their retention or archiving.

The User must enable SECLAB FR to verify the User’s identity. In the event of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the requesting party, SECLAB FR may request the additional information necessary to verify it, including, where justified, a copy of an identity document.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, CNIL) at www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.

SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA BREACHES

Whatever efforts are made, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is entirely secure. SECLAB FR therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

In order to ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data, SECLAB FR uses networks protected by standard measures such as firewalls, pseudonymization, encryption, and password protection.

When processing Personal Data, SECLAB FR takes all reasonable measures to protect them against any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

In the event of a Personal Data breach, SECLAB FR will, where the conditions laid down by applicable regulations are met, notify the CNIL as soon as possible and, where feasible, no later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR.

Where information is provided to the data subjects, SECLAB FR also communicates to them the measures taken or proposed in order to remedy the breach and to mitigate its possible adverse effects.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKERS

The Website may use Cookies and other trackers while the User browses.

Certain Cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the Website or for the provision of a Service expressly requested by the User may be placed without the User’s consent, under the conditions provided for in Article 82 of French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended.

Other Cookies and trackers are placed or read on the User’s terminal only after the User’s prior consent has been obtained. The User may accept or refuse the Cookies subject to consent and may modify or withdraw that consent at any time by means of the Axeptio platform, which is accessible at all times from the Website. Refusing is as straightforward as accepting and in no way restricts access to the content published by SECLAB FR. It does, however, have the consequence that certain content supplied by third parties cannot be displayed: embedded videos are not loaded and certain informational messages are not shown. The choice expressed is retained for one hundred and ninety (190) days (approximately six months), after which the question is asked again.

COOKIES

A “Cookie” is a small information file that may be stored on the User’s terminal, in particular the User’s computer, smartphone, or tablet, when visiting the Website.

SECLAB FR may process the User’s information concerning the User’s visit to the Website, such as the pages viewed or the searches performed. This information enables SECLAB FR, among other things, to improve the Content of the Website and the User’s browsing experience.

The Website may use, among others, the following tools:

• Matomo, for audience measurement and analysis of Website traffic, in a configuration that places no Cookie and is not subject to consent, described below;
• HubSpot, for the management of forms and of relationships with contacts and, where applicable, the analysis of their browsing on the Website, the analysis of content performance, the recording of interaction history, the automated scoring of contacts, and commercial prospecting;
• Axeptio, to collect and retain the User’s choices regarding Cookies;
• Google and YouTube, where a video or a functionality offered by those services is embedded in the Website.

Embedded videos: the Website embeds videos hosted by YouTube. Until the User has expressed agreement, the videos are not loaded: a placeholder informs the User of this and allows the User to authorize loading. Loading the video results in the placing of trackers by Google and by its advertising delivery service, the purposes and durations of which are governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Consent management platform: the Axeptio platform places a tracker intended to retain the User’s choice and to constitute evidence thereof; that tracker is exempt from consent. In order to ensure that the choices recorded originate from natural persons and not from bots, the platform also implements a mechanism for detecting automated access. That mechanism reads certain characteristics of the browser and of the equipment, records no information on the terminal, and transmits no data: it produces a binary indicator locally, which is the only item communicated to the platform.

Where the use of HubSpot, Google, or YouTube results in the placing or reading of Cookies subject to consent, those Cookies are used only after the User’s prior consent has been obtained.

The User may also configure the User’s browser in order to manage or delete the Cookies stored on the User’s terminal. As the configuration of each browser differs, the procedures for changing these choices are generally described in the browser’s help menu.

In addition to Cookies, the Website uses the browser’s local storage and session storage for strictly technical purposes, in particular the detection of emoji support and the retention of the language selected. This information contains no identifier and does not permit the identification of the User.

Refusing or deleting certain Cookies may, depending on their nature, limit certain functionalities or impair the browsing experience on the Website.

Where applicable, SECLAB FR disclaims all liability for the consequences of the impaired operation of the Website and of the Services resulting from the User’s refusal of Cookies or from the impossibility for SECLAB FR to record or read the Cookies necessary for their operation as a result of the User’s choice.

The User may modify the User’s Cookie choices at any time. SECLAB FR may further engage the Services of external providers to assist it in collecting and processing the information described in this section.

The Website contains links to the SECLAB FR pages on third-party platforms, in particular LinkedIn and YouTube. These links are ordinary hyperlinks: their display results in neither the placing nor the reading of any tracker. No share button or social module is embedded in the Website.

AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT AND RIGHT TO OBJECT

SECLAB FR measures Website audience by means of the Matomo solution, hosted on servers located within the European Union. This measurement is configured so as to place no Cookie on the User’s terminal and not to query the characteristics of the User’s browser. The IP address is anonymized before any processing and is at no time retained in full form.

In order to group requests originating from the same visit, the solution calculates on its servers a temporary technical identifier derived from the anonymized IP address and from the header transmitted by the browser. That identifier does not permit the User to be recognized from one day to the next, nor to be tracked across other websites.

The data thus collected are used solely to produce aggregated traffic statistics on behalf of SECLAB FR. They are not cross-referenced with any other processing and are not transmitted to any third party.

This processing is based on the legitimate interests of SECLAB FR in knowing the traffic on its Website, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. As it involves neither the placing nor the reading of any tracker on the User’s terminal, it is not subject to the prior obtaining of the User’s consent.

The User may nevertheless object at any time to this audience measurement, without having to state any reason, by means of the mechanism below.

The refusal is stored by means of an opt-out cookie placed on the User’s terminal. This cookie contains no personal data and its sole purpose is to record the User’s objection. As certain browsers automatically delete this type of cookie after a period of inactivity, a User wishing to remain excluded is invited to verify the status of the objection on subsequent visits.

The User may also exercise this right to object by writing to the Data Protection Officer, whose contact details appear in the subsection titled “Data Controller and Data Protection Officer”.

PIXELS AND MEASUREMENT REQUESTS

The Website sends its providers measurement requests that place no file on the terminal: an audience measurement request to Matomo, described above, and, where the User has consented thereto, a measurement request to HubSpot. No other measurement tag or pixel is used on the Website.

Where the use of these tags involves the placing or reading of trackers subject to consent, those trackers are used only after the User’s prior consent has been obtained.

Where the information collected by means of Cookies or other trackers is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the provisions relating to transfers of Personal Data set forth in this Privacy Policy apply.

TRANSPARENCY REGARDING THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

SECLAB FR may use generative artificial intelligence systems to produce or modify certain Content published on the Website.

Where Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence so requires, Content generated or manipulated by an artificial intelligence system is subject to the transparency measures provided for by that regulation.

With respect to text generated or manipulated by an artificial intelligence system and published for the purpose of informing the public on matters of public interest, that obligation does not apply where the Content has undergone a process of human review or editorial control, in particular by the Marketing Department and the Communications Department, and where SECLAB FR assumes editorial responsibility for its publication.

Where applicable, Content constituting a deep fake, including images, audio Content, or video generated or manipulated by artificial intelligence, is identified in accordance with the transparency obligations provided for by Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute in connection with the use of the Website is subject to French law.

Where the User has entered into the contract in the capacity of a trader, any dispute relating to the use of the Website falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montpellier, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
