Please note that SECLAB FR does not perform email open and clic tracking. We do not use tracking pixel generally used for that purpose.

For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User’s personal account and their browsing on the Website, the data controller is: SECLAB FR. SECLAB FR is represented by Michel VAN DEN BERGHE, its legal representative.

As the data controller, SECLAB FR undertakes to comply with applicable legal provisions. It is the responsibility of the Client to define the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and clients, upon collection of their consent, with complete information regarding the processing of their personal data, and to maintain a register of processing activities in accordance with reality. Whenever SECLAB FR processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable steps to ensure that such data is accurate and relevant to the purposes for which it is processed.

SECLAB FR may process all or part of the data:
